What Fantinnovation is, plainly.

Structure

Fantinnovation is a 合同会社 (GK) — a Japanese limited liability company, registered under Japan's Companies Act (会社法). It has one founder and no outside investors. There is no board, no other officers, and no plan to raise outside funding.

What we do

We develop and publish independent software, currently one product: Plainlog, a medication and weight tracker. We intend to keep operating this way — small, self-funded, and accountable to the people who use what we build rather than to investors.

Where we're based

Fantinnovation is registered in Japan. We don't publish our exact registered address here, the same way most small companies don't post a home address publicly — it's on file with Japan's official corporate registry (法務局) and available through the normal channels anyone verifying a Japanese company would use, including D-U-N-S lookup.
